The family of Francis Frank of Regina, SK announce his passing at the age of 103. Francis is survived by his two sons; Wayne (Lee) Frank, and their children; Jim, (Erica), Susan (Rob), Lesley and Kylee (Ryan), and Ken (Yvette) Frank, and their children; Kyara (Harlynne), Michelle (James), Rob (Annette), Jacqui (Trevor), Judy (Marcus) and Christa (Brian); along with numerous great-grandchildren, family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at Victoria Avenue Funeral Home, 2080 Victoria Avenue East, on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at 2:00 pm. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of the Theodore Health Centre.
