Jeanne was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Juleanna Beaudry; her sister Honorine Brick; her beloved husband of 62 years, Bernard “Nippy” Coupal; and numerous in-laws. Left to cherish Jeanne’s memory are her children Diane (Ron), Debbie (Peter), and Richard (Jo-Anne); her grandchildren April, Bobbi, Josh, Amanda (Drew), Nicolle (Jeff), and Matt; and her great-grandchildren Braxton, Liam, Bree, and Louise.
Jeanne was born in Lampman, Saskatchewan in 1929 to Joseph and Julianna Beaudry. She graduated from the Grey Nuns Nursing Program in 1950.
While in Lampman, Jeanne met the love of her life, Nippy, who was custom combining in the area at that time. They were married in 1952 and soon settled on the family farm just out of Sedley, where they raised their three children.
Jeanne and Nippy shared a love for travel and adventure, spending many winters in Mesa, Arizona. At home, Jeanne found her greatest joy in her family, especially her grandchildren. She loved spending time with them, spoiling them, and supporting them in everything they did. Her home was always a place of warmth, laughter, and open arms.
In her later years, Jeanne was able to attend and dance at two of her grandchildren’s weddings and the joy of meeting her four great-grandchildren, whom she loved dearly. Nothing brought a bigger smile to her face than their visits, and she would happily hold the babies for as long as she could.
It was a privilege to know her, call her wife, mother, granny, great-granny, sister, and aunt. Jeanne will be missed but always remembered.
A private family service will be held, with burial to take place at a later date.
