‘Jack’
1939-2012
Jack passed away, surrounded by the love of his family, on Sunday, February 19, 2012 at the age of 72 years. Left to remember and cherish his life are his son Doug; daughter Linda (Corey); grandchildren Caleb, Rachel, and Christian as well as numerous extended family members and many friends.
