It is with extreme sadness we announce that Joyce Jeanett Denise Marie Shaw (nee Orban), age 67, of Regina, SK, passed away suddenly on the morning of Saturday, April 27, 2013 surrounded by her family. She was born January 14, 1946 in Lestock, Sk, the only child of Louis Jr and Velma Orban. Joyce was a hard worker as well as a caring mother. She enjoyed the outdoors, gardening and camping. She loved baking and had many cookbooks and great recipes to choose from. She had a passion for reading and could be found with a book at most times. She is survived by her children Tyler Orban (Fiancee Christine), Paige Neumann (Paul), Kane Shaw and grandchildren Deacon Shaw and Gia Neumann, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. As per Joyce’s wishes, she will be cremated. The funeral service will be held at St. Anne’s Church in Arbury, SK at 2:00pm on May 9, 2013. Her ashes will be laid to rest in the St. Anne’s cemetery alongside her mother and father. Her children and their families would like to thank the Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region staff for keeping her comfortable in the last few months of her life. She is and always will be loved and missed.
