She was predeceased by her maternal grandfather William Joseph Desjarlais; aunty Madeline Quewezance and cousins Cassie Quewezance and Daryl.
Kayla is loved and remembered by her partner Nylan Hoffman; children Rayne, Kieran and Nevaeh; mom Tilley Desjarlais; dad Greg Kaiswatum; brother Tyson Daniels; maternal grandmother Louise Pelkey; paternal grandmother Bernice Whiteman; aunties Mariposa Dumont, Evangeline Dumont, Melanie Desjarlais, Melissa Desjarlais, and Wilma Pelkey; uncles Al Desjarlais and Bob Desjarlais; cousins Bryce Strawberry, Amanda Pelkey, Tyler Flug, Talon Nelson, Jaden Nelson, and Sage Nelson; as well as numerous extended family and friends.
Kayla was born in Calgary, Alberta in 1991. She loved life to the fullest. She had a huge heart, she was smart, kind and loving. Family meant everything to Kayla, and she became a great mom to her three children that she loved so much.
The Memorial Service in Kayla’s memory will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Lee Funeral Home, 3101 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan.
