It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Lacy. A celebration of her life will be held at Eastview Community Centre, 615 6th Avenue on Friday, Febraury 13, 2015 from 1-3pm. Wake to follow Friday evening at Lestock Town Hall. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, Febraury 14, 2015 at 9:00am. Burial to follow at Lestock Cemetery. Lacy is survived by her mother Denise Morin, her father Joey Desjarlais, her brother Rob Morin (Darcelle), their children Kayden & Emma, special friends Daniel and Jaqueline Anaquod, Desjarlais brothers Joey, Romeo, J.J., Jordan, Ryland, Ken; Desjarlais sisters Jamie, Krista, Laura, Kaydee, Dezerae, N’Tanis and grandfather Joe Desjarlais Sr. Lacy is predeceased by her grandmother Mary Fisher and aunt Delores Fisher. Recently, Lacy commenced her new job at MacKenzie Art Gallery in the fine arts and had a great love for her Aboriginal culture and dancing. Lacy touched the lives of her many relatives and friends in her short life. She will be greatly missed.
