Rodney was predeceased by his parents; Garth and Hazel. He is survived by his children and sisters, along with extended family and friends.
Rodney was born in Weyburn, Saskatchewan, and grew up on the family farm south of Colgate. As a youth he enjoyed riding his dirt bike, snowmobiling, and spending hours on his ATV exploring the countryside.
