March 1946- April 2013 William Douglas Harvey was born in Regina, Saskatchewan on March 30, 1946 and passed away on April 21, 2013. He was predeceased by his parents Douglas and Etelka Harvey. He is survived by his brother Don of Edmonton and brother Jim (Linda) of Kelowna, nephew David (Joan), niece Karen (Gary) and their children. Bill graduated from Sheldon Williams Collegiate and the University of Regina. Bill was a devout Christian and a friend to many. A Memorial Service will be held on May 9 2013 at Heritage Alliance Church, 3575 Hillsdale St at 3:00pm.
