It is with sadness that the family announce the sudden passing of our deeply loved dad, father-in-law, grandpa and great-grandpa, Bill Huber (Relic), at the age of 82. Bill was pre-deceased by his dearly loved wife, Shirley, in 1999 as well as parents, siblings and other family members. He is lovingly survived by his son, Len (Colleen) Huber; daughters, Jackie (Jason) Stich (sons, Owen and Ian); and Tammy Huber (Chris Iannone); grand-daughters, Steph (Colin) Gallagher; and Natasha (Riley) Mihial; great grand-daughter, Nora Mae Mihial and great grandson, Jax William Gallagher. Bill was always a family man. He loved family visits and gatherings and we had fun celebrating this past Thanksgiving as a family. As much as he loved his kids and grandchildren everyone came in second when Nora and Jax were in the room. They were truly the loves of his life. Bill loved sports and was happy with this week-ends Rider and Regina Pats wins. He typically picked his beloved Dallas Cowboys in his NFL pool and of course his love for the Montreal Canadiens never waned. Bill proudly worked for Sears for nearly 50 years. He and Shirley made many good friends over the span of their careers. Bill loved to laugh, have fun and help the family with rules for any games we were playing. He recently sold his home and moved to Queen Victoria Estates where even in his short time there met many wonderful people and made many friends. He even enjoyed a few dances, just like the good old days. The family would like to thank the staff and residents of Queen Victoria Estates for making his last number of months a very happy time. Thank you to the 19th Avenue neighbors for their calls and visits and for family and friends who stopped by for visits. Bill was the centre of our family and his teasing and arguments will be forever missed. We love you and ask that you give mom (little grandma) a big hug from all of us. In honor of Bill’s wishes the family will share in a private memorial
