She was born in Reading on June 17, 1963, a daughter of Jeanette (Weller) Campbell of Reading and the late Lushin Campbell Jr.
In addition to her mother, Annette is also survived by her two sisters, Debbie A. Specht of Oley, and Sherry L.C., wife of Robert Min-nich, of West Lawn.
There are two nephews, Jonathan and his wife, Ann Everhart, and Braedan Min-nich.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Sherry L.C. Minnich, 1909 Penn Ave., 1st Fl., West Lawn, PA 19609 to defray funeral expense.
