Carmen Cabanas Pascua died peacefully surrounded with family on December 23,2020 in Seattle, WA at the age of 83. Carmen was born on January 16, 1937 in Narvacan, IlocoSur, Philippines to her parents Basilia and Filomino Cabanas. Carmen is survived by her siblings Victoria Cabanas, Virginia Garces, Julie Cabanas, nieces, and nephews. She is preceded in death by Ricardo Pascua, Fernando Cabanas, and Manual Cabanas.
