Washington. He was born June 22, 1947, in Seattle, Washington, to Ralph Willoughby and
Doris Elaine (Williams) Willoughby.
Chuck known to his friends and family, devoted all his life to his family. Chuck went into the Navy after he graduated from high school in 1965. He was a gunner in the Navy during the Vietnam War. Once on leave, he went to Japan and bought our mother a beautiful set of China, which our mother loved. China is still in the family. Chuck didn’t talk much about his time in the Navy.
He was devoted to taking care of his mother and father once he got out of the service. He never married and he never had any children. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He could spot a deer in the woods when it was camouflaged as he would see its ear move just a fraction.
Chuck is survived by his sisters: Carolyn Lubenau, Sharon Frelinger, Mary Diane Willoughby, and his brother Daniel Willoughby.
