Born in Kerrville, Texas, Fran eventually moved to Seattle, where she dedicated 31 years to a successful career as an executive assistant at Boeing. Outside of work, she was an avid bridge player and found her greatest happiness in the company of her family.
Fran is survived by her brother, Tom; her sister, Betty Stevens; her children, Karin Rommel and Scott Rommel; and her daughter-in-law, Mireille. She also leaves behind the lights of her life, her grandchildren, Landry and Angelique.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
