Loving wife,mother, grandmother, sister, aunt & friend, passed away peacefully Aug. 19, 2011 at her home in Maple Valley.
Born Jan.13, 1937 in Seymour, Missouri, Hazel is survived by her husband of 52 years, Vern, sons Dan and David, brother Amos, sister Alice, grandchildren Kylie, Zack and Carson.
Services will be held Aug. 25 at 1:30 p.m., Greenwood Funeral Home, 350 Monroe Ave., Renton, WA. Viewing at 12:30 p.m.
