Kien Hoa Truong, age 84, passed away on February 13, 2026. Born in China on December 25, 1941, he immigrated to the United States in pursuit of a better life for his family. Through hard work and determination, he brought not only his wife and children, but also his mother, to America, dedicating his life to providing them with stability and opportunity.
Kien worked as a janitor and later as a warehouse manager, always approaching his responsibilities with humility and strength. He loved tinkering, building things, and working in the yard, finding pride and joy in caring for his home.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Chinh Lam; his children, Elizabeth Truong, Thomas Truong, and Jennifer Anker; his sons-in-law, Long Do and Joel Anker; and his grandchildren, Allison and Nicole Do, and Shawn and Sophia Anker.
He will be remembered for his tireless work ethic, quiet resilience, and deep devotion to his family.
