Lonna K Wong

Born 12/21/1955 in Seattle Wa. Lonna passed away 4/29/2019 at the UW Medical Center due to complications from heart surgery. Lonna is predeceased in death by Father Robert K. O. Wong and Maternal Grandmother (NaNa) Edna Sheffield. Lonna is survived by Mother Carla Mummey Mina, Sisters Deborah Wong del Fierro, Karen Mina/spouse Kay Hansen. She is also survived by Niece Briana del Fierro Nyland/spouse Eric Nyland, 2 Great Nephews: Nicholas Nyland, Loukas Nyland & 1 Great Niece Alexis Nyland.

Lonna is survived by close maternal family members: Auntie Connie & Uncle George Izumi, Cousins: Kelly Izumi Moy/spouse Derrick Moy, Shea Gin Moy &

Shea Qin Moy, Kennis Izumi, Keri Izumi, William Hinton & Phoebe Hinton.

Lonna is also survived by paternal family members: The Lims and The Wongs.

She also considered The Kurose family, Ruthann, Paul, Marie Kurose Woo/spouse Michael Woo as family; as well as many close friends. She was very popular and knew a lot of people from all walks of life.

Lonna was a beautiful, humorous and very artistic/creative person. She had a unique personality & lifestyle, enjoyed cooking and crafting. She was also an avid reader. She loved her cats Harley & Spike deceased), and Fang Li, who is a member of Deborah’s family now.

Lonna was cremated at Greenwood Memorial Park Funeral Home in Renton Wa. There will be a Memorial Celebration for Lonna this summer. Date/Time to be determined.
