Lucille V. Johnson

September 6, 1927 - December 24, 2014

Lucille passed away peacefully on December 24, 2014 in Renton, Washington at the age of 87.

Lucille was born September 6, 1927 in Ortley, South Dakota to Ralph and Daisy Aiken.

She married Johnnine M. Johnson on July 10, 1954. They farmed together in South Dakota until moving to Renton Washington in l959.

After moving to Renton, Lucille stayed at home with her children until she began to work for Northwest Glass Company/Ball Inc. in l967. She continue to work there until her retirement.

Lucille was an active member in her church, Lord of Life Lutheran in Renton.

Lucille is preceded in death by her husband, Johnnine Johnson; parents Ralph and Daisy Aiken; sister Hazel Olauson & brother Willis Aiken.

She is survived by her children: Ron (Elaine) Johnson of Ontario, Canada; Sandy (Fred) Todd of Fort Bragg, Calif.; Keith (Cil) Johnson. And her beloved grandchildren: Nicholas Johnson, Celia (Matt) DePaul, Clark Todd & Taylor Todd. Her sister Olive Aiken of Watertown South Dakota, Brother Robert Aiken of Spearfish South Dakota and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at l:00pm Friday January 9, 2014 at Greenwood Funeral Home in Renton. Burial immediately follows at Greenwood Memorial Park.

Following will be a reception and celebration of Lucille’s life at Lord of Life Lutheran Church
