Mark was the son of Karie and MarkTurnage. Among Marks many survivors are his mother, step-father, sister, his grandparents, too many aunts, uncles, cousins on both coasts to list and his puppy Tera. Mark was preceded in death by his brother and best friend Aaron on 5/15/2009 and his father on 12/8/2000.
Even going through years of kidney dialysis and the loss of his brother, Mark was the pillar of strength for his family. Mark kept his spirits up and was a fighter to the end. After spending 68 days at Valley Medical Center hospital/ICU, Mark finally succumbed to complications surrounding medical errors and severe pancreatitis with his family by his side. The value of having a patient advocate should never be underestimated.
Mark previously resided in Nevada and Florida and touched many lives. Private services and a celebration of Mark's life will be held by the family throughout the year to include Washington, Nevada, North Carolina and Florida.
