I had the opportunity today to drive through the Chicago neighborhood where Paul and I meet many years ago as teenagers. It brought back some great memories of days in the park, playing cards, and just hanging out together. He was a good and kind friend to anyone who meet him.

I am an old friend from the Chicago area, I have not seen Paul in quite some time. He moved north and I moved south. We have stayed in touch all these years by  e mail. I will miss this contact greatly, it always brought me back to a very exciting time of life. John Pranschke

Paul was my early childhood friend for a few years.  We shared endless hours playing Army and exploring the woods.  When he moved, we lost touch.  I was always going to try to look him up, but sometimes we wait too long.  So long buddy.  See you on the other side.       Doug

A man of God, displaying the love of Christ. What a fine example, Paul touched many lives through his journey here on earth. He's now with his Lord for eternity

I worked with Paul on nights and  it won't be the same without him. I'm going to miss his stories of him growing up in Chicago. He always had good stories. When I was dealing with my sister going thru cancer he always asked how she was doing and how I was doing. He was a caring man. We always had laughs together and I will miss his smile. Oh and he had a sweet tooth and would buy the frontend some kind of sweets. He was a very thoughtful man. He will be missed. RIP Paul.

Paul had a real knack for making lemonade with the lemons life could hand out.  I loved his optimism and good heart.  I will miss his smile and good nature.

I worked with Paul at least 6 years. In fact I trained him as a cashier at WalMart. We always had some good talks and fun together. I retired 3 years ago and only seen him about 4 times since then.  I felt so bad when I heard of his passing because he always talked about the places he was looking forward to visiting.when he was able to retire. RIP Paul  Your friend,     Pat Tober

Paul was always a ray of sunshine, his quick smile and even quicker wit will be missed by myself and many others who enjoyed working with him at Wal-Mart.  My condolences to his family, he was a great guy! Julie Young Rhinelander

Paul was a wonderful man.  In the few years I knew him, he always had a smile and a kind word to say. His sense of humor was contagious.   He was always concerned with how his friends were feeling and told them they were included in his prayers ,and never complained about anything. He will be sadly missed. God needed a special angel. May his family find peace in this time of great sorrow.
