

She was born in Topeka, Kansas on April 26, 1930.
Barbara attended Kansas State University in Manhattan Kansas.
After moving to El Paso, Texas in 1961, she developed a love for playing bridge and achieved the rank of Life Master.
She was a talented artist, painting in oil, pastel, and watercolor media’s. Many of her pieces were exhibited in galleries. After returning to Kansas in 1994, she combined her passion of painting with her love of travel. Traveling around the country in her RV inspired many of her works. Barbara was known for being an excellent cook and baker. Her love of cooking was something she shared with her daughters. She also had a talent for quilting and loved to play games with family.
Barbara leaves behind three daughters, Bobette Beeler Roesti (Jerry) of Mankato, Kansas; Kathleen Beeler Rhotenberry (William) of Plano, Texas; Annette Beeler Lynch (William) of Richardson, Texas; and grandchildren Tyler, Tami, Jordan, Tucker, and Maya along with six great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her mother Burnett Chilcott, father Ernest Iden Chilcott, husband Samwell King, and son Jeffery Beeler.
Due to the current circumstances, a memorial service will be planned for a later date.
She will be forever missed.
