Dale graduated from McAlister High School and received a Bachelors from Southeastern Oklahoma State.
He was married to Cathy Moore (Morgan) on June 10, 1995.
Dale had a career in Electronic Engineering Commscope. He had a passion for music, Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, and his family.
Dale is survived by Meghan Moore, Samantha Moore, and Reagan Moore; his mother Flora Jo Anderson. He is predeceased by his dad Dale R. Moore, Sr.
The family has planned a Celebration of Life for Dale at his favorite restaurant with family and friends.
