

Earl met Dorothy when they were very young and married for 67 wonderful years. They had their three children and raised them in Texas. He worked for Ford Motor Company for more than 20 years. When the plant closed Earl and Dorothy decided to move to Missouri. They were only there for a short time as he missed their family back in Texas too much!
Earl was a member of the United Pentecostal Church Organization since the 1970s and has been a member of the First Church Royce City for the last 5 years.
He is remembered as always excited for his favorite meal, breakfast as it was his most important meal of the day. Earl was a jokester, prankster, and having a huge loving heart. He was raised during a time of segregation although Earl lived his life by example showing respect for everyone he met and having no discrimination towards others.
Earl is survived by his three children; Carol and Johnny Boren, Lynn and Nola Dial, and Don Dial; 16 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by Dorothy Dial (Cook); his parents Robert and Mary Katherine Dial; brothers, Claudie Dial and Ted Dial; sisters, Maudie Housewright, and Evelyn Morgan, and grandchild Don Jr.
