Madeline Maddy Grace Limber

Madeline Grace Limber, age 20, entered eternal peace on July 27, 2016. Madeline was born in San Antonio, TX on March 23, 1996, to overjoyed parents Joyce Keeney Limber and Jason Limber. She attended St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic School, and graduated from Ursuline Academy of Dallas in 2014. She was a student at Spring Hill College, Mobile, AL, and deeply loved her second home. She felt particularly connected to the beautiful oak trees on the Spring Hill campus, which were much like the twin oaks from her childhood home.

Maddy was a lover of the outdoors, great music, high quality sushi and higher quality people, Harry Potter, chocolate mint ice cream, a few extra earrings and a particular cat crop top, as well as a good book with a side of popcorn and chocolate chips. She was a very talented artist and ceramicist. She loved her friends and family, loyally and completely, and could always be counted on for a clever quip and a smile. She loved being a cheerleader, and cheered for St. Thomas Aquinas, Cistercian Preparatory School, and Spring Hill College, as well as coached middle school and special needs teams. Her joy while flying in her stunts was evident. Her spirit radiated and she felt her most complete when flying, as she is now soaring in the arms of our Heavenly Father. She was truly ethereal, extremely delicate and light, and too perfect for this world.

She is survived by her loving family: parents Joyce and Jason, sister Bella, brother Henry, and grandfather George Keeney, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and cherished friends. Welcoming Maddy at the gates of heaven are her grandparents Joyce Keeney, Artemis Limber, and George Limber.

Maddy’s life will be joyfully celebrated with a funeral Mass on Monday, August 1, 10:30 am, at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 6306 Kenwood Avenue, Dallas. Please wear bright colors as we rejoice her ascension to heaven and to reflect the joy she gave to us.
