Minh T Vu, age 90, of Carrollton, Texas passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 25, 2023, at his home surrounded by his family. Minh T Vu was born in Vietnam. He will always be remembered as a loving husband, caring father, and thoughtful friend.
A visitation for Minh will be held Friday, July 7, 2023, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Sparkman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 1029 South Greenville Ave, Richardson, TX 75081. A funeral service will occur Saturday, July 8, 2023, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ Vietnamese Parish, 2121 N. Denton Drive, Carrollton, TX 75006. A witness cremation will occur Saturday, July 8, 2023, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Ted Dickey West Crematory, 7990 President George Bush, Turnpike, Dallas, TX 75252.
