Victoria Thelma Glorioso, 100, passed away on December 16, 2014. She was born in Pierre Part, LA on October 29, 1914. She moved to Dallas in 1937. She is survived by 5 children and their spouses: Connie Gillett (Frank), Ron Glorioso (Carol), Sharon Scoggins (Wallace Crum), Rodney Glorioso (Barbara) and Debbie Young (James); Grandchildren: Tammi Greene, Lori Langston, Debra Warren, Carrie Kirk, Gina DeBerry, Chris Glorioso, Bryan Glorioso, Emily Goodin, Heather Rubin, Richard Scoggins , Jocelyn Scoggins, April Taylor and Sterling Young; 33 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by over 50 nieces and nephews that were special to her. She is preceded in death by her twin sons: James and John (1954); husband: Frank Glorioso (1984); parents: Sosthene and Amelia Mabile Comeaux; brothers: Emile, Leonce, Algee, Sam and Albert Comeaux; and sisters: Liza LeJune, Agnes Blanchard, Anise Allement, Melanie Landry, and Eva Crochet. A visitation will be Thursday, December 18, from 6-8pm at Sparkman Funeral Home (1029 S Greenville Ave, Richardson, TX 75081) with a Rosary at 7pm. The Funeral Mass and graveside service will be Friday, December 19 at 2pm at Calvary Hill (3235 Lombardy Ln, Dallas, TX 75220). Victoria was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Church. Her family would like to say a special “Thank You” to her caregivers at the Lexington at Lavendale.
