Leo came to California at the age of six and attended school in the Richmond Unified School District.
Mr. Parks was one of the first people to use "Black Panther" on his black mercury. He was a member of the Road Runners Motorcycle Club for over 20 years.
Mr. Parks was a loving and caring person. He loved entertaining at his home, fishing, and working on cars and motorcycles; however, his greatest passion was carpentry. He could build anything his heart desired.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Addie; one son, Robert Parks; three grandchildren, Raquel Parks and Branden Parks and Monica Parks; two great-grandchildren, Messiah Loggins and WInter Wills; three brothers, James Eden, Joseph Jointer (Delvina) and Roy Lee Williamson; two sisters, V. Lois Jackson, and Celeste Mothershed; one brother in law, McDonald; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A public viewing for Mr. Parks will be held Tuesday, May 3, 2022, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Fuller Funerals, Inc, 3100 Cutting Blvd, Richmond, CA 94804. A celebration of his life will occur on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at 11:00 AM, also at Fuller Funerals, Inc.
Mr. Leo will be laid to rest in Rolling Hills Memorial Park, 4100 Hilltop Dr, Richmond, CA 94803.
