 Obituario de Albert Miranda
Albert Miranda, 65, of Prince George, VA, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at St. Mary's Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He passed away due to complications of COVID19. He was born on April 16, 1955 in Hollywood, California the son of late Tranquiliana Fuentes and Santiago Miranda. Al came from a very extensive family and was the youngest of eleven children. He graduated from San Benito High School in Hollister, California in 1973. Upon his graduation, he enlisted into the United States Army where he served proudly for 23 years. During his service, he attended Central College and University of Maryland's Global Campus to earn two degrees. After retirement, he opened up a gas station and towing company. He was active serving the community and in his early years was Governor of the Moose Lodge in Hopewell. Al was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, tio, and friend to many. He was a simple man that loved spontaneous road trips and fishing on the Chesapeake Bay with his adoring wife, Kim Miranda. He was a man that loved collecting and tinkering with things that others viewed as junk. He was a loved grandfather and looked forward to all family gatherings where he could spend quality time with his nine grandchildren. He was the dad that spoke to his children daily and offer his fatherly love and support from when they were little to being adult children. He enjoyed eating and sharing the many home cooked meals that his wife would cook for him. He loved meeting new people, telling stories of his days in service and bragging about his family. Al, was the man that would always have a smile on his face and give you advice and hope when you were having a bad day. He was a man of faith that saw good in all people and would give when anyone was in need. He is survived by his beloved wife of 35 years, Misuk "Kim" Miranda; children, Jeanette & Son in Law Tyler Stoneman, Jacqueline Miranda, Michael Miranda & daughter in law Whitney Miranda; siblings, Santiago Miranda Jr., Teresa "Terri" Arballo, Consuelo "Connie" Miranda, Sofia Diaz, Frances Montejeno.
