BEATON, Allister "Al," 49, of Henrico, formerly of Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Canada, passed away peacefully with his wife and daughter by his side July 22, 2010. A memorial celebration of his life will be held Sunday, July 25, at 4 p.m. at the Parham Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N. Parham Rd. Services and interment will be at a later date in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada. In lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the American Cancer Society .
