Ann M. Threadgill

Ann M. Threadgill, 81, of Richmond, VA, died October 22, 2014, and was born March 23, 1933 to the late Ralph and Elizabeth Morris in Atlanta Ga. Ann was Salutatorian, class of 1950 John Marshall High School in Richmond, Va. She received her B.S. in Mathematics from VCU and a Master of Education from Shenandoah University. She taught for many years for Richmond Public Schools. Ann was preceded in death by her beloved husband Gene Threadgill, and a daughter Robin Arfsten. She is survived by her children; Russell Threadgill, Ronald Threadgill, and Susan Barker and husband Todd, three grandchildren Graham Barker, Wyatt Barker, and Case Shott. The family will receive friends Friday, October 24 from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. at Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N. Parham Road, Richmond. There will be a graveside service on Saturday, October 25, 2014 at 12:00 noon at Westhampton Memorial Park
