Barbara Ann Clowers, of Richmond, Va. passed away peacefully on July 26, 2025. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Richard Edward Clowers. They had a true love for each other and their family. They left Christiansburg, Va. as teenagers and came to the big city of Richmond, Va and both of them worked very hard. Richard Retired from Philip Morris and Barbara retired from A.H. Robins. They loved "Big" Sunday Dinners and family cookouts and most of all they loved their family. Barbara is survived by her sons, Wayne E. Clowers (Carolyn), Darrell L. Clowers( Karen) and Daughter Nancy L. Lawrence (David), grandchildren Crystal Clowers Lee (Wayne), Ashley Clowers and 4 great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 1pm on Thursday 31, 2025, at Woody Funeral Home 1771 N Parham Road, with a visitation one hour prior. Interment will follow at Greenwood Memorial Park 12609 Patterson Ave.
