KRAMER, Henry J. Richmond, age 83. Passed away on March 21, 2021 following a lengthy illness. He was preceded in death by his parents Henry and Elvira Kramer and his grandson Philip Edward Sauer. Henry is survived by his wife of 62 years Ruth Ann Kramer, sons Michael, Edward, Timothy, daughter Audrey and sister Jacqueline Burrhus, 9 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Henry was a graduate of RCA institutes, NYC, and Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, New Jersey, earning a degree in Electrical Engineering. Henry worked in the Aero-Space engineering division of Bendix-Honeywell, Teterboro, NJ. After relocating to Richmond, Henry worked for the City of Richmond, Public Utilities, Gas Pipeline Division. Henry was a Life Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. He was a coin and stamp collector, enjoyed backyard birdwatching, a member of the Henrico County Historical Society and Richmond Audubon Society and a devoted fan of the Washington Nationals baseball team.
