James Waller Mason, 81, of Richmond, VA Passed away May 15, 2011. He is survived by his wife of 58 years Betty Talley Mason; Son Michael James Mason, 2 brothers; Donald and Ralph Mason, sister Evelyn Wiltshire. also one granddaughter: Megan Elizabeth Mason, James will be missed by all of those whose lives he touched.
He was a retired employee of UNYSIS Corp. after more than 40 years of service, a US Navy Veteran of the Korean Conflict , and member and past Deacon at New Hope Baptist Church. The family will receive friends Thursday from 5 to 7 pm at the Parham Chapel, Woody Funeral Home and where Services will be held Friday at 11 am. Burial will follow at 2 pm at New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery in Mine Run, VA.
