Jane Marie Gregory, 74, of Chesterfield, VA died August 16, 2014. Born October 23, 1939 to the late Linwood and Lorraine Powell in Richmond, Va. Jane was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 31 years Henry Carl Gregory, and her eldest daughter, Rose Marie Saunders Jane is survived by her children; Cheryl A. Pavlovich, Deborah L. Hawks, Robert L. Parrish Jr., Ronald W. Parrish and Deltroy Gregory. She is also survived by her ten grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren. Jane was loved by many; most of her life was spent being a caregiver to numerous children whom she loved like her own. Jane was an avid quilter, Barbie doll collector; also she enjoyed shopping and many nights playing Bingo. Jane will be missed but never forgotten because of the many who loved her.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, August 20, 2014 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N. Parham Road, Richmond. There will be a graveside service on Thursday, August 21, 2014 at 1pm at Westhampton Memorial Park, Mausoleum Chapel, 10000 Patterson Ave. Richmond, VA. 23238
