Janet Harris Painter, 82, of Henrico, went home on March 28, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bernard and Lois Harris; husband, Lee W. Painter;sister, Joyce Ann Super; grandson, Christopher Coulson; son, Patrick Painter.
She is survived by her son, Curtis Painter; daughter, Sylvia Post (Fiance Guy Lail); grandchildren, Jonathan, Jennifer, Kelsey, and Brady; great grandchildren, Ellie, and Hannah.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8pm, on Monday, March 31, at the Parham Chapel of Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N Parham Rd, Richmond. Graveside services will be held at 11am, Tuesday, April 1, at Westhampton Memorial Park, 10000 Patterson Ave, Richmond. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the ASPCA.
