Joseph Frank Ragusa born July 26, 1923 passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on June 17. He was a predeceased by his daughter Lorraine, two sisters, and a brother. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Vivian Elaine, two sons Tim (Janet) and Joel, 4 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
He owned and operated several Bath & Beauty shops in the Richmond area for 25 years. He was a veteran of WWII, a member of St Bridgett’s Catholic Church and the American Legion.
A Visitation will be held, Monday June 27, 2016 from 6pm to 8pm at Woody funeral Home, 1771 N Parham road.
In lieu of flowers donation may be made to ASERA Hospice Care, 8001 Franklin Farm Dr Suite 116, Richmond VA 23229. Interment in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
