Kathi Neblett King, 63, of Richmond died Monday, May 19, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph H. and Emma K. Neblett. She is survived by her husband of 31 years, John M. King; also numerous cousins and friends, especially Judy Campagne.
Kathi spent her entire career with the Commonwealth of Virginia; and she was active and passionate about small dog rescue.
The family will receive friends 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Parham Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N. Parham Rd. where a memorial service will follow at 2 p.m. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Richmond Chapter of the S.P.C.A.
