Lee Alma McCaffrey, 100, of Henrico, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 21, 2021.

She is survived by her children, William, James, Karen, and Kevin McCaffrey; grandchildren, Molly, Danielle, Shawn and Jenny; and great-grandchild, Madeline. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Edward McCaffrey; children, Michael and David McCaffrey and five sisters.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. on Monday, April 26, 2021 at Woody Funeral Home-Parham, with reception to follow. Her graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
