Mildred R. "Millie" Lacy,89, of Goochland, passed away March 10, 2016. She was the widow of Joseph T. Lacy, Sr. and was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Ida Ransone, her son, William L. Lacy and her brother, Herman L. Ransone Jr. Millie is survived by her daughter, Brenda L. Jenkins and her son, Joseph T. Lacy, Jr. (Paula); grand daughter, Tara L. Tench (Keith); grandsons, Joseph T. Lacy III (Brittany), W. Justin Lacy, Chad J. Lacy and Dylan T. Lacy; a great grand daughter, Lacy A. Tench, and many nieces and nephews. Millie was a lifelong member of Mizpah Christian Church.
The family will receive friends at the Parham Chapel of the Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N Parham Road, Richmond VA 23229 on Monday, March 14 from 5-8 PM, and where funeral services will be held Tuesday March 15, 2016 at 2:00 PM. Interment Westhampton Memorial Park.
