ANSELL, Nancy Lea Clawson, 79, passed away peacefully surrounded by family, love and faith on Monday, December 29, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer C. and Dorothy F. Clawson; brother, James W. Clawson; and sister, Natalie C. Benshoff. She is survived by her devoted and loving husband of 58 years, Dr. Burness F. Ansell, Jr; her children, Burness F. Ansell, III (Dee); Kathy A. Lowe (Lee); David C. Ansell (Bobbie); Becky A. Rose (Rob) and Richard F. Ansell (Elizabeth); 9 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Sunday, January 4, 2015 from 2 to 4pm at the Parham Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N. Parham Rd. A memorial service will be held Monday, January 5th at 1pm at Second Baptist Church, 9614 River Rd. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Second Baptist Church or charity of your choice.
