ALLEN, Peggy Sue, 91, formerly of Richmond, passed away at Riverside Convalescent Center in Saluda on February 13, 2018. She was predeceased by her husband, William M. Allen. She is survived by her son, Wesley G. Fahnestock (Lillian); two grandchildren, Rebecca Nicholas (Jarrod) and Greg Fahnestock (Terrina); and two great-granddaughters, Brianna Kaiser and Sadie Ann Fahnestock. She retired from Royal Globe Insurance and after retirement, opened "Peggy Sue's Needlecraft" for several years. She was a lover of all animals, especially her cats. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the SPCA or an animal charity of your choice. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time.
