William Milton Carter, 65, of Henrico, Va., passed away December 8, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents, Myrtle May Biggers Carter and Jason Daniel Carter Sr.; two brothers, Newton Carter and Edward Carter. He is survived by three sons, Dwayne E. Carter and his wife, Sasha, Kevin B. Carter and Anthony S. Carter; brothers, Jason Daniel Carter Jr. and Frank Wilson Carter; sister, Mary Elizabeth Carter Hayes; sister-in-law, Eilene Carter; grandchildren, Liam Carter, William Duncan Carter and Shayla Ann Carter. William was born in Keysville, Va. (Charlotte County) and was a carpenter by trade and helped the homeless community. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with a service immediately following at 1 p.m. at the Parham Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N. Parham Rd. A graveside service will be held Thursday, December 12 at 1 p.m. at Wylliesburg Baptist Church Cemetery in Wylliesburg, Va.
