Brianna Nolen Lewis

Bri was born in Flowood, MS, on October 13, 1988 to Bert and Karen Lewis. She graduated from Madison Central High School and attended Holmes Community College.

Brianna had one child, Jude Marshall Lewis. She worked as a barista at CC’s Coffee House in Ridgeland, greeting everyone with her smiling face. Her joy in life was reading and creating with Jude. She was artistically talented and enjoyed photography, ceramics, and writing. She was a member of Ascension Lutheran Church and also attended Pinelake Baptist Church.

Bri is survived by her son Jude, her parents Bert N. and Karen Lewis of Madison, her brother Hal Lewis and his wife Leah of Fresno, CA, her sister Chelsea Lewis of Madison, and her brother Bo Lewis of Madison. She is also survived by her maternal grandparents Bob and Bettye Goodson of Jackson, TN, and her paternal grandmother Ann Lewis, also of Jackson, TN. She was predeceased by her paternal grandfather Newt Lewis.

Funeral services will be held at Parkway Funeral Home in Ridgeland, MS, on Friday, July 7, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. Visitation for Brianna Lewis will be held 12:00 p.m. at the same location.

Memorial donations may be made in Brianna’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, in Memphis, TN.

Her family wishes to give special thanks to Cary and Faith Vaughn of Meridian, MS, her loving godparents whom she treasured greatly. Also her family sends many special thanks to her aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who meant so much to her.
