After serving his country, John came home to Meridian and began working as the Director or Maintenance at Riley Hospital where he met the love of his life. They were married 43 years prior to Sandra’s death in August of 2022.
After moving to Jackson, John went back to school and graduated from Belhaven College. He worked in the retail service industry until he retired in 2012.
