Milma Ashley Wiselogel

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday August 26, 2013 from the Ridgeland Chapel of Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM. Entombment will be in Parkway Memorial Cemetery.

Milma was born February 18, 1924 in Hazlehurst, MS. She was graduate of Hazlehurst High School. Longtime resident of Jackson, loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved the Lord and was a longtime member of Woodland Hills Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and avid member of the Shovelette Garden Club. Nationally accredited show judge and member of the Mississippi Judges Council. She was also active in neighborhood and community activies.

She was preceded in death by her Father, Ailous Simon Ashley; Mother Josephine Thomas Ashley; Husband Arthur Wiselogel; Sister Marry Ashley Owen; Sister Martha Ann Ashley Bone; Sister Thelma Ashley Furlow; Sister Ruth Ashley Blackledge; Brother John Thomas Ashley and Great-Granddaughter Brianna Sasser.

Survivors include her daughter Nina Wiselogel Sasser of Pearl; Arthur Edwin Wiselogal III of Denver, CO; Son Ashley E. Wiselogel & Hidelisa Wiselogel of Clinton, MS; Sister Saidie Ashley Linn of Jackson, MS; Sister Faye Ashley Straw of Orlando, Fl, and Brother William Ashley of Jackson, MS; Grandchildren, Samantha Wiselogel & (Nick Aretakis) of Denver, CO, Joey Wiselogel of Denver, CO, Chris Sasser & (Laura) Sasser of Newburgh, IN, Jim Sasser of Nokomis, FL, Jordan Sasser of Nokomis, FL, Memoree Wiselogel of Raymond, MS; Five great-great grandchildren and other relatives.
