

Patsy Parsons Robertson, beloved mother and friend, passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2023, at the age of 95. She was born on February 16, 1928, in Jackson, Mississippi, to Frederick Curry Parsons and Martha Harris Parsons. She was the next to youngest of nine children, all of whom have preceded her in death.
She is survived by her three sons, Michael Raymond Robertson (Mercy), David Carlton Robertson (Jackie), and Bryan Keithly Robertson (Karen), and she was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Keithly Robertson.
Patsy had a passion for playing bridge, and she was an active member of many social and garden clubs throughout her life. She loved spending time with her friends, and her warm and welcoming personality made her beloved by everyone who knew her.
Patsy graduated from Central High School in Jackson, MS with the Class of 1946. She was married to Herbert Keithly Robertson in 1952 and attended Capitol Street United Methodist Church the majority of her life with most recent affiliation at Christ United Methodist Church.
Patsy lived a full and meaningful life, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her legacy of kindness, generosity, and love will live on in the hearts of her family and friends. She will always be remembered as a devoted wife, loving mother, and cherished friend.
The family of Patsy Parsons Robertson would like to extend a special thank you to Jackie Franco for her exceptional care and dedication as a friend and caregiver to Patsy during her later years. Jackie's unwavering support, kindness, and attention to Patsy's needs brought comfort and joy to her in her final days. The family is deeply grateful for the time and assistance she gave to Patsy.
Visitation will be held at the Parkway Funeral Home located at 1161 Highland Colony Parkway, Ridgeland, MS 39157, on Thursday, May 11th, 2023, from 11:00am until 1:00pm. A service of eulogy and memory sharing will be held at the Parkway Funeral Home following visitation.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Patsy’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association.
