Shirley was born February 25, 1932 to Essie and Franklin Hubs of Washington, IN. She was a loving mother, devoted wife, and adoring grandmother.
She is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Jack Kirk. She is survived by her son, David Franklin (Wendy) Roberts, M.D. of Diamondhead, MS; grandchildren, Angela Gauldin of Savannah, GA, San Roberts of Washington, DC, Melissa Roberts Buehl of Bloomington, IN, Savannah and Alex Kidd of Metarie, LA, Olivia Roberts of Metarie, LA, Carolyn Roberts of Diamondhead, MS; and great grandchildren, Scarlette Kidd of Metarie, LA, and Carter and Elliot Buehl of Bloomington, IN.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, July 25, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Bethel Cemetery in Flora, MS.
