Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Leroy and Annie Manseill, and six of her seven siblings.
Shirley is survived by her three children, Allen Willoughby and his wife Lisa of Colorado Springs, CO., Bubba Willoughby and his wife Litsa of Copperas Cove, TX., and Tracy Truelove and her husband Doug of Braxton, MS.; a sister-in-law, Shirley Manseill; a sister, Gladys James; three grandchildren, Rebeka Wilson and her husband Michael, BJ Willoughby and his wife Maria, and Cody Alford; as well as five great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at Parkway Funeral Home in Ridgeland, MS. Visitation will begin at 9:00 am, Saturday, July 30, with the funeral service to follow at 11:00 am. A graveside service will be held at Parkway Cemetery in Kosciusko, MS.
