Charles Anthony Turner

God in his wonderful wisdom, closed the book of Life on our loved one Charles Anthony Turner, on Tuesday, January 6, 2015. at his residence. Charles whom everyone affectionately loved to call JR or Unk, was born on March 27, 1972, to the Rufus Cobbs and Jo Ann Turner of Martinsville. He had previously worked at Tultex.

Charles was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Rufus and Amelia Cobbs and Maternal Grandparents, Herbert Hoover and Dorothy (Tabby) Turner.

In addition to his mother, Joann Turner of Martinsville he is survived by two sons: Anthony Eggleston of Sussex, VA and Dy Karius Wells-Turner of Martinsville; two sisters: Annette Cobbs of Eden, NC and Patricia Cobbs of Eden, NC; three brothers: Steven Turner of West Virginia, Chris Cobbs and Tony Cobbs both of Eden, NC and a grandson, Keaden Wells-Turner and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins that loved him.

Funeral services will be held 12:30 P.M. Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Refuge Temple of Martinsville with Pastor Von Finney officiating The family will receive friends 12:00 Noon until service time.
