Florence Ann Cox Ratcliff

Florence Ann “Flo” Ratcliff, 47, of Rocky Mount, died Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at Franklin Memorial Hospital of Rocky Mount. She was born in Martinsville on January 11, 1967 to the late Bobby James Cox, Sr. and Mary Franklin Cox. Flo worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for more than twenty five years with companies such as Commonwealth Health Care now known as Blue Ridge Rehab and before becoming disabled Beverly Heath Care of Martinsville.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother, Bobby James Cox, Jr.

Surviving are her husband of twenty four years, Arnold “Junior” Ratcliff of the home, one daughter, Briana Nicole Ratcliff of the home, four brothers, Robert Cox, Eddie Wayne Cox and Donnie Cox all of Bassett and Lucky Cox of Charlotte, NC.

The family will receive friends 12:00 Noon Saturday, December 13, 2014 one hour prior to services which will be held at 1:00 P.M. in the Community Funeral Service Chapel of Ridgeway with Rev. Brian Vaughn officiating. Interment will be in the Franklin Family Cemetery in Rocky Mount.

Community Funeral Service of Ridgeway is in charge of arrangements.
