Benjamin is survived by his loving wife of 62 years Aurelia Diaz; daughter, Marion Hernandez (Andy)of Corona; daughter, Pauline Berg (Tracy) of Moreno Valley; son, Thomas Diaz (Janet) of Corona; sisters Erma Franco of Corona and Rufina Rojas of Tucson, Arizona. Devoted grandfather of 11 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren. Benjamin was preceded in death by his son Ronald Benjamin Diaz. Visitation 3/22/13 from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Service to begin at 11:00 a.m. Pierce Bros.- Crestlawn. Burial to follow at Crestlawn Memorial Park.
